Jared is the Founder of Slice of Media/Slice of Healthcare. Previously he was the Founder & CEO at BlocHealth (acquired by SteadyMD). Early in his career he wrote a book titled "It's Your Future, Plan 4 It!" which was a guide to help students prepare for their future, save money, and limit their student loans.
When he's not working Jared enjoys playing tennis and exploring new areas.
Peter is responsible for designing forward-looking healthcare strategies to improve clinical quality, efficiency and care coordination while decreasing the total cost of care.
As part of this mission, Dr. Chang led the design and implementation of TGH’s Hospital at Home program.
Prior to his role in design, he created and operated TGH’s Clinical Command Center focused on system-wide efficiency and quality (CareComm) and served as an assistant professor of medicine in the department of Hospital Medicine.
Susan brings nearly four decades of progressive experience to GroundGame.Health. Her career has spanned nonprofit and for-profit sectors, with focus in health and technology. She has served in board, president, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) roles, successfully leading companies through challenging circumstances ranging from aggressive scaling and growth to extreme legal and regulatory challenges.
Before leading GroundGame.Health, Susan was the President and CEO of HealthPlan Services, a subsidiary of Wipro. Prior to that, she was president and CEO of TMG Health-Inc, a Medicare and Medicaid-focused outsourcer of business processes.
Ryan is an Executive Advisor at Embarc Collective and the Founder of Thrive25, a health and longevity startup. Ryan also serves on the Board of Directors of Bambino. Previously, Ryan was in Los Angeles working as President/COO at SnackNation, where he is still a Board Member. Prior to SnackNation, Ryan helped lead a SaaS startup, FoodLink, in the Bay Area, which was successfully sold to Roper Industries.
Before jumping over to the operating side of the table, Ryan worked as an Associate at Rustic Canyon Partners, which at the time was one of the largest VC’s in LA County. He received his BA in Economics & Political Science from Northwestern University and his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
